A college system used every day by students, trainers and administrators

A TVETA and CDACC accredited training college. I built the public website, with courses, intakes, online applications and events, and the college system behind it: admissions and student records, trainer allocations, course materials, assignments and grading, exams and transcripts, fees per module, online classes, messaging with push notifications, and an AI connector so administrators can ask the system questions in plain English.

TVET college

Admissions, fees and portals for a technical college

A TVETA-registered college in Maai Mahiu that trains church leaders alongside technical and vocational students. The website carries departments, courses, projects, online applications and M-Pesa donations; the school system gives administrators, staff, students and applicants their own sign-in for applications, enrolment, fee statements and staff records.

Church

One platform for a church with many ministries

A church at Ridgeways, Kiambu Road, with ministries from men, women and children to missions, publishing and healthcare. The public website carries sermons, daily devotionals, events, giving, and books to read and buy online. The church system has a member portal, a staff portal for administrators and ushers, ministry departments, event booking and check-in, finance workflows, a training arm with exams and certificates, and an AI connector for administrators.

Built around Mentor Morris Njogu's book How to Bring Heaven Down: one principle a day with scripture, reflection, prayer and a practical action, plus a private diary, quizzes, Bible challenges, a prayer wall, a reading community, a blog and optional reminders. Installable as an app, with a companion Android app.

A website for a foundation serving widows and fatherless children

A Christ-centred charity in Kiambu County supporting widows, fatherless children and vulnerable families through social, psychological, spiritual, legal and economic support. The site carries its story, events, photo archives, newsletter sign-up and donation routes by M-Pesa, bank transfer and cheque.

A website with a member area and mentee applications

A Nairobi non-profit that mentors young Kenyans aged 18 to 30 into purpose and entrepreneurship. The site presents its programmes, cohorts, success stories and blog, with a member sign-in and an "Enroll as a Mentee" application route.

Multi-branch restaurant point of sale with online ordering

"A Taste of Abundance." A point of sale for several branches covering menus, orders, kitchen flow and daily sales, and a customer site where people browse the menu, order, pay by M-Pesa STK push, track their order live, reserve a table and leave reviews. The owners run it all from an admin area.

A website and client portal for a technology law firm

A strategic legal partner for innovation and growth, practising in data protection, venture capital, cybersecurity, corporate advisory, intellectual property and constitutional litigation. The site presents the practice areas, team, clientele and legal articles, built for search visibility, with a client portal for sign-in and registration.

A multi-company ERP for a group of sister companies: HR and ID badges, shifts and leave, statutory payroll, requisitions with separation of duties, logistics, a double-entry general ledger, eTIMS invoicing, and Android, iOS and desktop apps.

Payroll and salary advances

Payroll with PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and Housing Levy for a multi-company employer, with advances requested on the phone, paid out by M-Pesa and repaid with automatic matching.

Online shop with dispatch

A marketing site and shop with M-Pesa checkout, order tracking, rider dispatch, a content manager and eTIMS receipts.

AuthorOS studios

Book writers' assistants in daily use by two authors: their books and online writing as a searchable knowledge base, drafting in their voice through Claude and ChatGPT, and chapters typeset in ready print layouts as print-ready PDFs, with a companion bookshop.

USSD for SACCOs and churches

Members check balances, apply for loans, deposit and give from any phone, with M-Pesa deposits and disbursements.

Exam platforms

Question banks, timed papers, instant marking and certificates for a corporate training programme and a church training arm.
