A TVETA and CDACC accredited training college. I built the public website, with courses, intakes, online applications and events, and the college system behind it: admissions and student records, trainer allocations, course materials, assignments and grading, exams and transcripts, fees per module, online classes, messaging with push notifications, and an AI connector so administrators can ask the system questions in plain English.
ChurchOne platform for a church with many ministries
A church at Ridgeways, Kiambu Road, with ministries from men, women and children to missions, publishing and healthcare. The public website carries sermons, daily devotionals, events, giving, and books to read and buy online. The church system has a member portal, a staff portal for administrators and ushers, ministry departments, event booking and check-in, finance workflows, a training arm with exams and certificates, and an AI connector for administrators.

A strategic legal partner for innovation and growth, practising in data protection, venture capital, cybersecurity, corporate advisory, intellectual property and constitutional litigation. The site presents the practice areas, team, clientele and legal articles, built for search visibility, with a client portal for sign-in and registration.

LitWebTech is one person. I do the discovery, the build, the deployment and the support, which is why the systems stay fast and the answers stay straight.
Discovery
A call or a visit. I look at the registers and spreadsheets you use today and write down what the system must do.
Fixed proposal
A written scope, a price and a timeline. Nothing is built until you have agreed what you are paying for.

You see working pages every week on a preview link, and your staff test with real cases before go-live.
Go-live and care
Data migration, training, hosting, backups and a care plan. When something breaks, you call me.

Do you build from scratch or use templates?
From scratch, in PHP and MySQL, on a code base I have refined across many institutions. You get the parts you need, named the way your staff name them, and nothing you do not.
Where is the data kept?
On hosting I manage for you, with daily encrypted backups kept off the server. You own the data and can have a full export at any time.
What does it cost?
It depends on the modules and the number of users. After the discovery call you get a fixed written price for the build and a monthly figure for hosting and care. There are no hidden fees.
Can staff use it on a phone?
Yes. Every system is built for the phone first, installs like an app, and the portals for students, parents, members and staff are designed for small screens.
Can my existing system be connected to an AI assistant?
Usually yes. I build an MCP connector on top of your current system, so Claude or ChatGPT can look things up and do routine work for a signed-in user, limited to that user's permissions. Nothing is rebuilt and no data is copied out. See AI connectors.
What happens if something breaks?
You call or WhatsApp me. Production problems get attention the same day; routine requests are handled during working hours.
